I’m Gwennily, a crazy chick from boring Belgium. I’m 22 going on 23, and I currently work as a hostess aboard the Eurostar trains. Those trains which travel from Brussels to London, going through that Chunnel. I’m a fun-loving, performing-lover person!
I have three sisters and one brother. Numerous family! My parents got divorced when I was 11, and I live with my Mother, whom I adore! The other people that really count in my life are my cousin Marie and her two sons, Alexy and Louis. Also, my best friend Jenny, my friends Gwendoline, Stéphanie, Carole and Carl, and my adorable British chum Kymmy. My other friends are Amanda-Sarah, Elke, Lili and Millie. A bunch of crazy Julie fans, but our friendship is more than just a Julie-friendship!
For those who don’t know this yet, my idol is Dame Julie Andrews, lovingly called Jools. I used to love “Mary Poppins” and “The Sound Of Music”. I grew up watching those wonderful masterpieces. When I was 17, I saw “Victor Victoria” and it was THE click. Julie was more than a nanny! I watched more and more of her movies, and she became my role model. Three months ago, on November 30th 2005, I eventually met her. Only for a couple of minutes, but I cherrish that moment! My greatest dream, apart from meeting Julie again lol, is to move to London. God knows why, I’m in love with that city!

Moi c’est Gwennily, une fofolle de l’ennuyeuse Belgique. J’ai 22, et bientôt 23 ans. En ce moment je travaille comme hôtesse à bord des trains Eurostar, qui font le trajet Bruxelles-Londres en traversant l’Eurotunnel. J’adore m’amuser, et je suis folle de la musique, la danse et cinéma-théâtre.

Un tas de fans fofolles, mais notre amitié va bien au-delà de notre admiration pour Julie !
Pour ceux qui ne le savent pas encore, mon idole est Dame Julie Andrews, aussi affectueusement appelée Jools. Quand j’étais petite, j’adorais regarder « Mary Poppins » et « La Mélodie Du Bonheur ». J’ai grandi en regardant ces chef-d’œuvres. A 17 ans, j’ai vu « Victor Victoria » and ça a été LE déclic. Julie pouvait jouer plus qu’une nounou ! J’ai vu de plus en plus de ses films, et elle est devenue un modèle. Il y a trois mois, le 30 novembre 2005, je l’ai enfin rencontrée. Seulement pour quelques minutes, mais je chéris ce moment ! Mon plus grand rêve, à part celui de rencontrer Julie encore une fois, est de déménager à Londres. Dieu seul sait pourquoi, je me sens chez moi là-bas !
